Disk Space - This is the physical space you can fill up just like your Hard Drive on you PC.

Bandwidth - Everytime someone visits your site, you use up more bandwidth, more popular your website is the more bandwidth you will need.

Uptime Guarantee - This is what we guarantee your website will be up every month and no less. We aim for 100% however a slight 0.02% we give ourselves for those unforseen errors.

Domains - This is the "www.name.com" that you enter on your browser. You can have unlimited ammount of these on your account.

Account Set-up - As soon as you have completed your order, your account will be created almost instantly and emails will be sent out.

Email Accounts - "name@yourdomain.com" you can have unlimited ammount of personal email addresses linked to your account.

Databases - This stores infomation and is used with forums etc. We allow unlimited ammount of databases. This should not be confused with Disk Space.
